    Company Background
    Experion is a 100% FDI funded real estate developer backed by Experion Holdings Pte Ltd, Singapore, the real estate investing arm of the $2.5 billion AT Holdings group of companies. Other businesses of AT Holdings include Construction, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy and Asset Management.
    Reporting to
    Position Summary
    Managing the front desk and reception area
    Job Objective and key Result Areas
    1. Taking care of  front office area.
    2. Managing visitors and customers.
    3. Coordinating meeting room bookings for all stakeholders
    4. Managing the EPABX for inbound calls and channeling them to receivers
    5. Coordination for food and lunch booking basis request.
    6. Ensure that meetings rooms are clean.
    7. Coordinating with office boys for all meetings (tea, coffee requirements).
    8. Supporting and managing the company vehicles fleet management and Office cab booking.
    9. Courier Management.
    10. Uniform Arrangement - Arranging for uniforms for contractors, Sales and CRM Team.
    11. Getting business cards and photo id cards made for New Joinees.
    12. Maintaining Visitors log books, Telephone logs for prospective customers.
    13. Screening of calls to be avoided (Unnecessary marketing calls)
    14. Escalate any suspicious /unwanted persons & Security.

    Graduate in any stream
    2-5 Years
