    Position Summary
    Understanding the leads provided by the marketing team and converting them into Site visits.
    Job Objective and key Result Areas

    1. Attend campaign briefings
    2. Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
    3. Filtering the leads shared by the marketing team
    4. Calling the perspective leads and providing product information
    5. Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls
    6. Converting leads called up into Site visits
    7. Coordinating for Site visits of Clients
    8. Maintaining dashboards for leads and ensuring accuracy in reports
    9. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
    10. Achieve budgeted campaign DMC rate and specified targets
    11. Provide feedback and input to script and copy development

    Working on identifying and closing deals for Mumbai Markets.
    Job Objective and key Result Areas

    1 Sourcing of land deals in line with company's stated focus cities/areas

    2. Tracking of deals             

    3. Site visits for land parcels which have potential        

    4. Doing prelim financial analysis for such deals           

    5. Doing in depth market analysis of viable deals and running financials

    6. Data Analysis and data mining. Research.

    7. Preparation of notes for senior leadership for deal approval  

    8. Coordination with departments for deal closures.         

    9. Product brief post closure based on micromarket /customer.

    Core Competencies

    1. RERA regulations, understanding related to local bye laws and other regulatory issues affecting development.   

    2. Market trends and demographics

    3. In depth market analysis, asset classes, various geographies

    4. Report preparation, deal notes, knowledge for procedures of closing transactions.

    5. Financial models for real estate deals

    6. Competition mapping through secondary and primary research

    7. Micro market assessment for price and velocity

    8. Design and cost understanding

    9. Customer research for product development
